Refund policy

Every item at Unicorn Creation is made to order — your product is printed just for you after you order, which means we don't keep inventory on shelves. Because of this, we handle returns a little differently than a traditional store.

Damaged, defective, or misprinted items — we've got you

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or printed incorrectly, we'll make it right with a free replacement or full refund. Just contact us within 14 days of delivery at service@unicorncreation.design with:

  • Your order number, and
  • A clear photo of the issue.

Once we confirm the problem, we'll arrange your replacement or refund. You won't need to ship the faulty item back unless we specifically ask.

Wrong size, color, or change of mind

Because each item is custom-made for you, we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds for incorrect size selection, color preference, or change of mind. Please review the size guide on each product page carefully before ordering — we want you to get the perfect fit the first time.

(Optional goodwill line — keep only if you choose to offer this, at your own cost: "If you ordered the wrong size, reach out and we'll do our best to help with a discounted replacement.")

Order changes or cancellations

Because we begin production quickly, we can only change or cancel an order within 2 hours of ordering, and we cannot guarantee cancellation once production has begun. Contact us as soon as possible at service@unicorncreation.design if you need a change.

Lost or stuck shipments

If your tracking shows your order is significantly delayed or lost in transit, contact us and we'll work with our production partner to resolve it.
